Esso capsule is used for diseases like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other problems like excessive stomach acidity, or we can say Zollinger Ellison syndrome.

Uses 

• Esso capsule is used to manage the erosive reflux esophagitis, inflammation because of the reflux of stomach contents which come back to the oesophagus.

How does it work

How to use

Dosage 

The maximum dose for adults: tablet of 40 mg in a day.

For inflammation in the food pipe: tablet of 20 to 40 mg for 4 to 8 weeks.

For backflow of stomach acid into esophagus: tablet of 20 to 40 mg for 4 weeks

For H.pylori intestinal ulcers and bacterial infection: tablet of 20 to 40 mg for 10 days

The dosage can increase or reduce, depends on the condition of the patient.

Dosage for children (age: 12 years or above): take one tablet of 20 mg twice a day for 1 week

Dosage for children (age less than 12 years): The tablet is not used for children.
