How fast is delivery?

In 2 to 3 hours in Lahore, and within 24 to 48 hours nationwide. Your order goes straight to the Servaid store nearest to you, and that store packs and delivers it. Checkout shows the delivery, packing and FBR POS fees before you pay.

Is the medicine genuine?

Yes. 100% genuine medicine at one price in every store has been the promise since 2005. Every store buys through the same central supply chain, and every pack can be traced back to the manufacturer or licensed distributor.

Can I order prescription medicine online?

Items marked prescription-only need a valid prescription. Attach a photo of the prescription at checkout. The pharmacist at your fulfilling store checks it before dispatch.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your order arrives. Card and wallet payments are coming to the website and app.

What is the refund policy?

We don't refund or exchange medicine in good condition. DRAP rules stop every pharmacy in Pakistan from taking medicine back once it leaves the store. Wrong, damaged or expired items are replaced or refunded in full, including the delivery fee. Message us the order code and a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Is Servaid responsible for side effects?

Medicines can cause side effects or reactions even when you take them as directed. Servaid Pharmacy isn't responsible for these. Read the leaflet before you start a medicine, and see your doctor if a reaction happens. In an emergency call 1122. If we sent you the wrong medicine, tell us at once.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a code starting with EC-. Enter it on the track page, or sign in to see all your orders in one place.
