1. What is Servaid? 

Servaid Pharmacy was established in 2005 with a vision to market and sell products from all leading national and multinational pharmaceutical companies.

 

2. Are all products quality products? 

Yes, all our products are sourced from manufacturers or their authorized distributors. We ensure to maintain the cold chain and our inventory system ensures no fake/expired product is sold from our outlet/delivery channel. 

 

3. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Orders: 

 

1. How to order? 

You can place your order by calling/WhatsApp 03-111-62-63-64, or using our website or the Servaid App available at relevant app stores. 

 

2. How do I add to Cart? 

Search/select products and press the “Add to Cart” option, and the product will be added to your cart. Thereafter, the system will navigate you till the checkout.

 

3. How do I make an account? 

You can go to Create Account and make an account there. By creating an account, you will let Servaid serve you better every time you log in. You will have a quick cart re-fill, will be able to revisit your order history, and get access to interesting discounts and promotions!

 

4. How do I cancel? 

You can cancel your order by calling our call center at 03-111-62-63-64. The order will be canceled in 30 minutes if it is not confirmed.

 

5. If my item is missing what do I do? 

Please make sure you checked your order completely, and then contact us at 03-111-62-63-64. 

 

6. Do you have a Cold chain? 

Yes, all our products are stored in a dedicated warehouse with cold-chain facilities. We also deliver with necessary temperature controls so your products can reach you safely, without any problems. 

 

7. Track Order? 

You can check up on your order status by calling/Whatsapp at 03-111-62-63-64.


Payments: 

 

1. Is online payment an option? 

Yes, you can pay via credit or debit cards. 

 

2. Discounts? 

There are different discounts and promotions from time to time. Check out our homepage regularly for more details.

 

3. What if the payment fails? 

If you receive an error, please try again as sometimes the server is not responding. If the issue persists, please contact your relevant bank. 


Delivery: 

 

1. How long does delivery take? 

Within our store locations, we deliver on the same day in 2-3 hours. For outside our store stations, delivery will take 24-48 hours.

 

2. Delivery charges? 

Rupees 200/- delivery charges apply on orders for Lahore & Sialkot. For outstation, the delivery fee is charged according to the weight of the package and distance from the origin. 

 

3. Min order limit? 

The minimum order limit is PKR. 1000 rupees only. 

 

4. Can I get it delivered to a different address? 

Yes, you can have your parcel delivered to an address different from your billing information. When you place your order, you will be asked for multiple addresses. Your order will be delivered as per the selection of address.

 

5. If the parcel does not arrive? 

Please note down your order number, and contact our support team at 03-111-62-63-64 in case of delays. 

 

6. Sign required? 

Yes, signatures are required for orders being served by our courier partners.   


Returns: 

 

1. Is Exchange possible? 

For Lahore, please visit the store your order came from for an exchange. For outside Lahore, an exchange will not be possible. 

 

2. How is return happening? 

For Lahore, please visit the store your order came from, for an exchange within 3 days of the order received. For outside Lahore, an exchange will not be possible. Original receipt is mandatory for return, exchange, and any complaint you may have.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Refrigerated items, loose tablets or capsules, syrups, inhalers, sprays, appliances, test strips, baby care, surgical, dermatology products, and baby milk are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

 

3. Cost of returning 

Servaid will charge a 15% restocking fee in case a return occurs from outside store locations. 

 

4. Time for a return 

Products can be returned within 3 days of placing an order. For orders outside store locations, you will have to bear courier charges.   


Online Refund Policy: 

 

1. How online refunds are frequently made? 

Online payment refunds will be processed to the customer within 14 working days. 


Medicines and Prescriptions: 

 

1. Do I need to upload a prescription? 

For prescription drugs, a prescription is mandatory. Otherwise, it isn’t. 

 

2. Do I need to refill the cart every time I order 

No. Once you fill in your account details and order, you simply need to log back in and your previous orders will be visible.


Counselling: 

 

1. Does Servaid have a customer counselling/pharmacist facility? 

Yes, for a one-to-one experience, please go over to our nearest store. Otherwise, call our call center.
