Avoid use of immediate release formulation in the elderly; may cause hypotension and risk precipitating myocardial ischemia. This medicine can interact with cisapride,apalutamide,everolimus,fosphenytoin,erythromycin base.
Dizziness, flushing, weakness, swelling ankles/feet, constipation, and headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly
