Before taking pyridostigmine, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to bromides; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of stomach/intestinal blockage, urinary blockage, lung disease (such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD), kidney disease, slow/irregular heartbeat. Caution in epilepsy, asthma, COPD, recent MI, hypertension, vagotonia, hyperthyroidism, dysrhythmia. This medication passes into breast milk but is unlikely to harm a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. Some drugs that may interact with this drug are triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension, atropine, belladona. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, gout, high uric acid level in the blood, alcohol use. This medication passes into breast milk but the effect on a nursing infant is unknown. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor before breast-feeding. Drugs that may interact with this medicine include Augmentin,isoniazid,Paracetamol.
