Byscard tablet precautions are listed below.Before taking this medication, inform the doctor about your past and current medical history. If you are taking any supplements, inform the doctor about them.Inform the doctor if you have any allergic problems or skin rashes issue from any of the ingredients used in this medication before taking this medication.In case of diabetes, regularly monitor your sugar level and report to the doctor. This medicine can make harder to control blood sugar level.If the patients are suffering from a heart disorder known as first-degree AV block, then inform the doctor before taking this medicine. Also, inform the doctor if you have heart failure, peripheral arterial circulatory disorder problem.Before taking this medication, check the expiry date of the tablets. If the expired tablet is taken, then it will cause adverse side effects.Do not change the dosage amount unless the doctor suggests you.Do not stop taking this medication without the doctor's permission. Otherwise, it can cause severe side effects such as heart attack, irregular heartbeat, and chest pain that can be fatal for the patient.Keep the medication away from children's reach.Tell your doctor/Pharmacist your medical history of, Slow heartbeat, Second- or third-degree atrioventricular block, Raynaud's disease, Peripheral vascular disease, Asthma, Chronic bronchitis, Emphysema), Kidney disease, Liver disease, Heart failure, Depression, Myasthenia gravis, Hyperthyroidism, serious Allergic reactions, including those needing treatment with Epinephrine. Babies born to mothers taking this drug during pregnancy may have a low birth weight and require monitoring for problems such as low blood pressure, slow heartbeat, low blood sugar, and slow/shallow breathing. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
