The primary use of dio plus tablets is to treat hypertension. This medication belongs to the category of medicines known as Anti-Hypertensive. The active ingredients present in this medicine are Amlodipine and Valsartan. 

Uses

This medication is mainly used to control high blood pressure or hypertension, but we all know that hypertension is the leading cause of all cardiovascular problems. This medication helps to lessen cardiac health issues by regulating blood flow. It is also helpful in treating chest pain, also known as angina.

Dosage

• The dosage should be taken as prescribed by the doctor. Do not increase or decrease the dosage on your own. 
• This medication should be taken after having the meal.
• Take the medicine as soon as you remember it in case of a missed dosage. 
• Take the medicine at the same time regularly.
• In case of overdosage, seek medical assistance immediately.
• Do not take the two doses consecutively. Take the next dosage with a gap of at least 6 hours.
