Focin Ultra Sachet can be used as an anti-infectious drug. Focin ultra sachet is used to treat UTI infection. A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection caused in the urinary system that causes patients to urinate often. Focin Ultra Sachet is also effective against infections caused by surgery. How to use focin ultra sachet

Before starting the course of this medicine, it is highly recommended to share your medical history with the doctor.
Take this medicine by mouth, usually 1 sachet at a time, as instructed by the doctor.
Before taking this medication, mix it with some water.
1 packet (sachet) of sugar in a half glass (4 ounces or 120 millilitres) of cold water, stirred to dissolve
Warm or hot water should not be used.
Immediately consume the entire combination.
You will start feeling better within 2 or 3 days.
If you do not get well after 3 days of using this medicine or if the symptoms worsen, contact your doctor.
Adults (18 years and above) should take one sachet of Focin Ultra every 2 to 3 days.

Don’t take dry powder without the addition of water.
Do not take this medicine for smaller or larger amounts or longer than already recommended.
It is recommended to take only a single dose at a given time.
Fosfomycin should be taken separately from other medications

Fosfomycin may cause live bacterial vaccines (such as typhoid vaccine) to not work as well. Do not have any immunizations/vaccinations while using this medication unless your doctor tells you to. During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Use with caution in patients with kidney diseases.
