Froben tablet belongs to the category of medicines known as painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs. These medicines provide relief from all kinds of pains from sprains, strains etc. It is also prescribed to patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and gout etc. The generic name of this medicine is flurbiprofen.

How does it work?

Froben Tablet belongs to the family of medicines known as NSAIDs. It works by blocking the activity of hormones responsible for pain, inflammation, swelling and fever etc.

Uses

Froben tablet is a pain killer, and it can be used in the following conditions.

It provides relief from pain and inflammation in joints and muscles.
It provides relief from menstrual cramps.
It is also sometimes prescribed by dentists after surgery.
It also provides relief from toothache.
It is also prescribed to patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other related conditions.

Flurbiprofen is used to reduce Pain, Swelling, and Joint stiffness from Arthritis.

Dosage

The dosage requirement depends on the severity of the situation. The doctor will prescribe you the medicine accordingly.
In case of overdosage, seek medical assistance immediately.
In case of a missed dosage, take medicine as soon as you remember it.
Take the next dosage with a gap of at least 6 hours.
Take the medication after having a proper meal.
Take medicine at a specified time daily.
