Tell your doctor/Pharmacist your medical history of, Seizure disorder, Brain/Head injury, Brain tumors, Peripheral neuropathy, Kidney disease, Liver disease, Depression, Myasthenia gravis, Tendonitis, Bursitis, Aneurysm or Blockage of the aorta or other blood vessels, Hardening of the arteries, Hypertension, Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed.
