Contraindicated in Hypersensitivity to the drug and in patients with Depression and Parkinson's disease. This medicine should be used with caution in a patient having a liver disease or impairment of normal liver function. It should not be administered if the impairment is severe or the patient is undergoing hemodialysis. Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant.
Tingling or Numbness of the hands and feet, Ringing or buzzing in the ears, Depression, Twitching and unusual movement of muscles, Excessive/No sleep, Weight gain, Increased appetite, Blocked or runny nose, Irregular menstrual periods and Unusual tiredness and weakness may occur.
