Nebix tablets can disrupt the thyroid glands and may cause hormonal imbalance in women. Hypo-active thyroid glands disrupt the menstrual cycle of women. So, it is advisable to use the medication moderately and maintain the blood pressure levels through workouts and diet.
During pregnancy, some of the women may experience hypertension problems due to the fluctuations of hormones. It is advisable to use the medication when clearly needed and with proper doctor’s consultation.

Tell your doctor/Pharmacist your medical history of, Slow heartbeat, Second- or third-degree atrioventricular block, Raynaud's disease, Peripheral vascular disease, Asthma, Chronic bronchitis, Emphysema), Kidney disease, Liver disease, Heart failure, Depression, Myasthenia gravis, Hyperthyroidism, serious Allergic reactions, including those needing treatment with Epinephrine. Babies born to mothers taking this drug during pregnancy may have a low birth weight and require monitoring for problems such as low blood pressure, slow heartbeat, low blood sugar, and slow/shallow breathing. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
