Do not use in Hypersensitivity to misoprostol, prostaglandins, or prostaglandin analogues. Tell your doctor/Pharmacist your medical history of, Inflammatory bowel disease, Risk factors for uterine rupture when this drug is used vaginally (e.g., prior Cesarean delivery, uterine surgery, five or more previous pregnancies).
Suppose one person has acidity problems and wants to take an anti-acid along with taking breeky tablet. In that case, one should avoid anti-acid having magnesium in it because it triggers diarrhea instantly. So, if one wants an anti-acid, he/she should consult a doctor.
One important thing that one should always take into account is that if they have any allergies towards anything. All your allergies should be known by your physician completely. If one person is alcoholic or using tobacco, then this medicine might be harmful because alcohol and tobacco trigger diarrhea.
