This medication is used in the treatment of schizophrenia.

Precautions

Before using it, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. It may slow your reactions and make you feel drowsy. Do not drive and do not use tools or machines. Use with caution in patients who have heart or liver or kidney disorders. Before using it, tell your pharmacist or doctor your medical history, especailly of; epilepsy, depression, Parkinson's disease, raised pressure in your eye (glaucoma) or a condition which causes muscle weakness, called myasthenia gravis. Concurrent use of diuretics, lithium, Class Ia and III antiarrhythmics including amiodarone, sotalol, and quinidine ; some antipsychotics including thioridazine, some macrolides including erythromycin ; and some fluoroquinolones including moxifloxacin. Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant
