This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of normal liver/kidney function. Suitable dose adjustments and safety monitoring is recommended in such cases. This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from influenza or have taken flu vaccines. This medicine is not recommended for use by women who are breastfeeding as the risk of adverse effects on the infant is very high. Avoid or limit the uptake of caffeine or caffeine containing product while using this medicine. Some drugs that may interact with this drug are Allopurinol, Phenytoin, Propranolol, Cimetidine, Ciprofloxacin and Salbutamol.
