Precautions

It is contraindicated in Allergy to Nicorandil, Hypovalemia, Acute pulmonary edema, Cardiogenic shock, Severe hypotension. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and Lactating women unless absolutely necessary.

Side Effects

Yellowing of skin and eyes, Increase in the potassium level, Nausea and vomiting, Fatigue, Dizziness and Drowsiness, Mouth ulcers, Flushing or redness of skin, Irregular heartbeat may occur.
