This medication is recommended in those patients with urinary urgency, increased frequency of urination, and urinary incontinence (patients don't have control over their urination and pass urine involuntarily).

Precautions

This medication is not recommended in patients with obstruction of bladder of GI (gastro-intestinal) tract. Please avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine. Consult your doctor before using this medication in pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this medication when lactating.

Side Effects

Patients using this medication may at times experience anticholinergic effects (like dry mouth, overheating etc) and facial flushing. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
